Data Session

On Wednesday 30th of September we will have the first data session of this academic year! It will take place at the Heymans building in room Hv.0407 from 15:00 to 17:00.

Are you interested in qualitative data analysis and coding? The aim of the data session is to jointly code excerpts of data – to discuss our questions and observations – and to learn more about the process of coding from each other (all levels of experience are invited!).

The session will be hosted by Sorina, who will bring data from their study on how nuclear medicine physicians interpret complex PET/CT scans in suspected cases. The analysis focuses on clinical reasoning, information use, uncertainty, decision-making, and workflow challenges, with the aim of translating these findings into human-centered design requirements for future AI decision support in nuclear medicine.
